The following groups meet regularly at The Courtyard

Multiple Sclerosis Society– Meet the first Wednesday in the month 1.30pm – 3.30pm

Goole & District Breathe Easy– Meets the second Thursday of each month 1.00pm – 3.00pm
Living with lung disease can often be a frightening and isolating experience. The group offers support and a chance to share experiences, which will hopefully lead to an improved quality of life and an awareness of the positive side of living with lung disease. Open to anyone living with a long term lung condition and their family and friends

Parkinson’s Disease Support Group– Meets the first Tuesday in the month 1.30pm – 3.30pm
If you are a person living with Parkinson’s disease you are invited to attend the monthly meetings. Coming together as a group with people experiencing the same symptoms and lifestyle changes can be a very positive step. It can help to reduce isolation and loneliness, and gives the opportunity to socialise in a safe and friendly environment. There is usually a speaker at each meeting or an activity.

My Fibro and M.E.– Meet the first Tuesday of the month 1.30pm to 3.00pm

For people suffering from Fibromyalgia and Myalgic Encephalomyelitis

Osteoporosis Support Group – meet throughout the year as per their programme.

For people living with Osteoporosis and their family and friends.  Exercise class held each Monday 11.00am – 12.00noon
